Franklin Graham on Ground Zero of the Storm Clean-up

Tony Perkins

The year 2020 is one for the record books on all accounts, including hurricanes. Hurricane Delta hit Louisiana on Friday, as the record-tying fourth named storm of 2020 to strike Louisiana, as well as the record-breaking 10th named storm to strike the United States this year. The frequency of the storms has made them almost common occurrences, which has brought less media coverage of the recovery efforts. Friends and family in my home state of Louisiana were still cleaning up from Laura when Delta hit. Samaritan's Purse has been on the ground in Southwest Louisiana since Laura hit six weeks ago and pledges to be there as long as needed. Franklin joined me yesterday on "Washington Watch" with an update and the opportunity to partner with Samaritan's Purse.
