"Protecting women and girls in sports doesn't need to be a partisan issue," wrote Senator John Kennedy (R-La.) in an op-ed originally published in a variety of Louisiana newspapers. The article outlined several biological differences between men and women, and how those "physical differences give men a significant advantage in athletics, especially at the elite levels." However, the article was removed shortly after being published as the Gannett-owned USA Today Network claimed it didn't meet their "editorial standards."

In a victory for First Amendment rights, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously decided to reinstate a lawsuit brought by the National Rifle Association (NRA) alleging that New York state officials had violated the Second Amendment advocacy group's First Amendment rights.

As the World Health Organization tries to finalize a global pandemic agreement, WHO released a new adolescent health study highlighting ways to "circumvent local barriers created by the COVID-19 pandemic" to deliver abortion, potentially abortifacient contraceptives, and "comprehensive sexuality education" to minors. WHO believes adolescents should receive these "services," which it classifies as "sexual and reproductive health (SRH)," without parental consent or notification.

After having spent over a month on trial in a Manhattan courtroom and off the campaign trail, former President Donald Trump was convicted Thursday evening on 34 felony counts in what has been described as a Soviet-style political prosecution.

Dr. Ben Carson, retired neurosurgeon and former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, spoke at FRC's Faith and Freedom Chapel, highlighting a myriad of issues such as why he is pro-life, the importance of a strong family unit, the need to protect children, and most significantly, the role Christians play in maintaining a moral, rational society. Carson noted what we are seeing today, be it children being pressured into "inappropriate" decisions or college students rioting in support of terrorists, is akin to what "has been going on for decades."
