U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) will force a vote on Thursday on the so-called "Right to IVF [in vitro fertilization] Act" (S. 4445), sponsored by Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-Ill.). "It's like an iceberg," Family Research Council President Tony Perkins declared on "Washington Watch" Wednesday. "They're talking about the tip of this, to protect reproductive rights. It goes way beyond that, and you've got to look beneath the surface. They are misleading - I would be as bold to say that they're lying - about what this really does."

The U.S. Supreme Court is rejecting a lawsuit brought by pro-life doctors against the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over the federal agency expanding access to abortion drugs. On Thursday, the Court issued a unanimous rejection of a petition brought by the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine and other pro-life medical organizations, which argued that the FDA had violated the Administrative Procedure Act when it relaxed safeguards around prescribing the abortion drug mifepristone in 2016 and 2021. Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote the court's opinion, rejecting the case for a lack of standing, not based on the merits of the case.

The U.S. House of Representatives voted Wednesday to hold Biden's attorney general in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena, a pattern of defiance that the Biden administration has defended. The resolution passed 216 to 207 after a day of deliberation.

One of the nation's most liberal states has launched a first-ever taxpayer-funded campaign to convince pregnant women to avoid pro-life women's centers, claiming pregnancy resource centers are not as "safe" as "trusted" abortion facilities.

Democratic lawmakers are escalating their attacks on Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito in the wake of secret recordings that were obtained last week of the justice agreeing that America should return "to a place of godliness." Experts say that the legacy media and the Left's ongoing campaign to target conservative justices is a concerted effort to delegitimize the country's highest court ahead of future rulings that could potentially work against the Democratic Party's political agenda.

On Monday, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) met in New York to discuss the Biden administration's ceasefire proposal between Israel and Hamas. Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited the Middle East during this time to further promote the ceasefire, which was backed by the UNSC during Monday's meeting with a unanimous 14-0 vote (with Russia abstaining).
