FRC Action PAC Announces Endorsement of Michael Cloud for U.S. Congress
Washington, D.C. -- FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Michael Cloud for election to the U.S. House of Representatives in Texas’s 27th District.
FRC Action PAC Executive Vice President, Lt. General (Ret.) Jerry Boykin commented:
“As a leader of the Republican Party in his county and state, Michael Cloud has demonstrated exemplary leadership over the last several years, energizing the grassroots and propelling many conservative candidates to victory. He recognizes that life is sacred, that the family is the building block of society, and that our first freedom of religious liberty must not be infringed. If elected to Congress, we are confident Mr. Cloud will continue to fight for these values and principles.
“A resident of the 27th District for more than 20 years, Mr. Cloud has a unique understanding of the issues facing his friends and neighbors. As a small business owner, he has experienced firsthand the red tape bureaucracy that entrepreneurs and families must navigate to build decent lives for themselves. And as a man dedicated to faith and family, he realizes the importance of protecting these vital institutions.
“The office of a U.S. Congressman demands strict adherence to the Constitution, and residents of the 27th District deserve nothing less. Mr. Cloud has demonstrated a strong commitment to honoring this sacred document, and we believe he will carry that same spirit to Washington.
“FRC Action PAC is confident that Michael Cloud will be a principled advocate for constitutional limited government, for individual liberties, and for strong family values. He is the leader that Texas needs, and we are pleased to offer our endorsement of his candidacy for election to the United States House of Representatives,” concluded Boykin.
