Faith Family Freedom Fund to Kick Off Whistlestop Tour Of Iowa

Washington, D.C. - Faith Family Freedom Fund, an affiliate of FRC Action PAC, is pleased to partner with the National Organization for Marriage and the Family Leader in launching a bus tour across Iowa that will begin Monday, October 13 at 9:00 AM in Des Moines.

The tour, Standing for the American Family, will travel around the state from October 13th-16th  with speakers to include U.S. Rep. Steve King (R-IA), Bob Vander Plaats and other conservative leaders.  Just in time for the midterm elections, the Bus Tour will kick off at the West Capitol Terrace of the Iowa State Capitol before continuing to the next series of stops.

FRC Action PAC President Connie Mackey made the following comments:

"We are excited to travel across Iowa and express our enthusiastic support for US Senate candidate Joni Ernst and US House candidates Rod Blum, David Young, and Rep. Steve King.  These candidates are deeply concerned about the issues impacting the family and our broader culture.  FRC Action PAC is honored to join grassroots activists and voters across Iowa as we promote the message that this election is vitally important in protecting our rights and freedoms. Iowans have an opportunity to send a message at the ballot box that will be heard across the entire country," concluded Mackey.
