WASHINGTON, D.C. - FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action (FRC Action), has endorsed Jeff Bell for U.S. Senate from New Jersey.
FRC President Tony Perkins said of the endorsement:
"The strong, principled, conservative men and women elected in 2010 and 2012 need reinforcements. Jeff Bell has compiled a consistent record while advocating for true conservative values over the years, both for New Jersey and for the country, at large. He is uniquely qualified to represent New Jersey and our country in the United States Senate."
FRC Action PAC President Connie Mackey said:
"These are challenging times, which call for leaders who will challenge the political establishment. Our economy continues to be decimated as the failed economic policies of the Obama administration go virtually unchallenged. The moral culture of our country is beyond challenged as President Obama's radical social agenda has advanced nearly unhindered by the Senate minority.
"The position he holds on the life issue reflects his concern for both mother and child. Furthermore, he has shown that he stands with the majority of Americans that continue to support natural marriage in public policy despite the strong-armed tactics of the Obama Administration and vicious attacks of the Left.
"We are confident that he will continue to be a strong advocate for limited government and for individual liberties and for family values," concluded Mackey.
FRC Action PAC is the political action committee connected to FRC Action, a 501(c)(4) membership organization. FRC Action is the legislative advocacy arm of the Family Research Council, a 501(c)(3) organization.
