FRC Action PAC Announces Endorsement of John Raymond for Louisiana House of Representatives
Washington, D.C. – FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing John Raymond in his race for the Louisiana House of Representatives in the 90th District.
FRC Action PAC President Tony Perkins issued the following endorsement:
“This is a critical hour for our country and Americans are looking for bold leaders who are willing to stand strong for faith, family, and freedom. From meeting you, evaluating your record, and speaking with others who know you, we believe you will be such a leader. You understand the fundamental importance of protecting the right to life, the central role strong families must play if our country is to thrive, and that religious liberty is the bedrock of a truly prosperous nation.
“As a native of Louisiana, you have a unique understanding of the issues facing your constituents and have demonstrated your commitment to the values that make this nation great. Your experiences as a financial planner, pastor, and community leader have prepared you well for service in the Louisiana House of Representatives. We especially appreciate your commitment to protecting life in Louisiana, from conception until natural death. And as a pastor, we also recognize your pledge to strengthen the family and defend religious liberty. If elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives, we believe you will fight for these same principles.
“FRC Action PAC is confident that you will be a dedicated advocate for limited government, for individual liberties, and for strong family values. As a former member of the Louisiana legislature, and now a citizen of our state, I am very aware that Louisiana needs leadership like yours, and we are pleased to offer our endorsement of your candidacy for election to the Louisiana House of Representatives. Together, we will create a culture in which human life is valued, families flourish, and religious liberty thrives,” concluded Perkins.
