FRC Action PAC Announces Endorsement of Jodey Arrington for U.S. Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. – FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Jodey Arrington for the U.S. House of Representatives for Texas’ 19th Congressional District.

FRC Action PAC Executive Vice President, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) William G. Boykin commented:

“This is a critical hour for our country and Americans are looking for bold leaders who are willing to stand strong for faith, family, and freedom. From speaking with those who know Jodey Arrington and evaluating his record, we believe he will be just such a leader. During his congressional tenure, he has proven to be a tireless advocate for cutting government spending, preventing government overreach, ensuring a strong military, and protecting the freedoms that make our nation great.

“In Congress, Rep. Arrington has stood for life by cosponsoring the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, and the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2017. He also co-sponsored a resolution that allowed states to withhold their Title X funding from Planned Parenthood affiliates. Furthermore, he has worked to support Texas families by supporting the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and the repeal of Obamacare. For these and other positions, he has been a recipient of FRC Action’s ‘True Blue’ award. If re-elected, we know that he will continue to fight for conservative principles.

“FRC Action PAC is confident that Jodey Arrington will be a dedicated advocate for limited government, for individual liberties, and for strong family values. He is the leader that Texas needs, and we are pleased to offer our endorsement of his candidacy for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives for the 19th Congressional District,” concluded Boykin.
