FRC Action PAC Endorses Alicia Berry for the Benton/Franklin Superior Court Position 3 in the State of Washington
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Alicia Berry for the Benton/Franklin Superior Court Position 3 in the State of Washington.
FRC Action PAC Executive Vice President, Lt. General (Ret.) Jerry Boykin commented:
"Our nation needs leaders of integrity now more than ever. In an era of activist judges rendering biased verdicts, Alicia Berry's professional record and positions make clear that she will be just the kind of judge that the Superior Court needs.
"Alicia Berry's two decades of legal experience, including work in the fields of criminal justice, employment law and labor law, at both the state and federal level set her apart as a candidate of excellent merit. We are impressed by the recognition given to Alicia by the Washington State Bar Association for her legal service to indigent individuals, as well as her ten years of experience as a pro tem judge.
"We have noted with particular interest Alicia Berry's pledge to enforce the laws of our nation and not make them, according to America's founding documents and principles. Alicia's commitment to judicial restraint, reduction of crime and the appropriate roles of government affirm her dedication to the Rule of Law.
"FRC Action PAC is confident that Alicia Berry will be a strong advocate for the appropriate role of the judiciary, and interpret the laws of her state and the nation in a fair and unbiased manner. Once again, we are pleased to offer our endorsement, and will encourage those who care about the future of our nation and our freedoms to support Alicia Berry as well," concluded Boykin.
