FRC Action PAC Announces Endorsement of State Sen. Debbie Lesko for Congress in Arizona's 8th Congressional District
Washington, D.C. -- FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Sen. Debbie Lesko for the United States House of Representatives in Arizona's 8th Congressional District.
FRC Action PAC Executive Vice President, Lt. General (Ret.) Jerry Boykin commented:
"During her time in the Arizona House of Representatives and State Senate, Sen. Lesko has been a champion for faith, family, and freedom. She understands the central role strong families must play if our nation is to thrive. Sen. Lesko has been a champion for life, demonstrating bold leadership on behalf of the unborn. Additionally, her support from other pro-life groups in Arizona confirms her pro-life credentials.
"During her time as a state legislator, Sen. Lesko has consistently sought to protect the values that Arizonans cherish most. She has proven that she will defend the right of her constituents to speak freely and live out their faith and that she will oppose attempts by the government to punish citizens for living out deeply-held religious beliefs. We are grateful for her principled leadership in sponsoring religious freedom legislation that was signed by the governor. If elected to Congress, we know that Sen. Lesko will continue her fight to protect fundamental freedoms for the people of Arizona's 8th District.
"FRC Action PAC is confident that Sen. Lesko will be a strong advocate for Constitutional limited government, for individual liberties, and for strong family values. Once again, we are pleased to offer our endorsement of her candidacy," Boykin concluded.
