San Antonio City Council to Take Up Ordinance on Wednesday
Please join with us tomorrow to stand up for biblical values in San Antonio. The City Council is expected to take up the proposed "non-discrimination" ordinance for the first time on Wednesday, August 28. As we have detailed, the ordinance is more accurately described as a direct attack on Christians and people of faith in San Antonio. The ordinance has serious religious freedom, constitutional, and practical problems, and, if passed, the ordinance would set a dangerous precedent that could spread to other cities in Texas. Read our analysis of the 5 major problems of the ordinance.
Attend Wednesday's City Council Meetings
Your participation is needed tomorrow at City Hall. Please make plans to attend the council meeting starting at 2 PM, followed by your opportunity to have your voice heard at the Citizens to be Heard Session at 6 PM. Wear blue and it is critically important that you arrive at 11 AM (or earlier) to secure seating in the chamber. There will also be a press conference at Noon before the start of the council meeting.

If you can't make the meeting, please join with us in prayer and continue to contact the San Antonio City Council. With over 24,000 messages to the Council already being sent by concerned citizens and local opposition in San Antonio among Churches and local citizens continuing to build, the more the ordinance and its true intentions are exposed, the better the chance that religious liberty is protected in San Antonio.
Thank you for standing with us and Texas Values to protect and defend Faith, Family, and Freedom!
