ENDORSEMENTS

Good policy ideas will go nowhere without the leadership of good policy-makers. FRC Action and FRC Action PAC meet with candidates, research their records, analyze their positions, and endorse those we believe will be principled leaders for faith, family, and freedom.

The cult of abortion has done its reading and, if it has learned nothing of the voracious appetite of Hell, it has at least learned how to spin a good yarn to further its purposes.

After numerous exposes of National Public Radio's endemic left-wing bias, the House of Representatives may take on the battle to defund NPR. Intermittent calls to deprive public broadcasting of its half-billion-dollar tax subsidy have renewed in recent weeks, as longtime editor Uri Berliner revealed NPR's Washington bureau employed 87 Democrats and zero Republicans. NPR suspended Berliner after The Free Press published his op-ed earlier this month, and he subsequently resigned.

Monday night in Israel, as Jewish families gathered around the Passover table for their first Seder since the tragedy of October 7, there were too many empty chairs. Some held hands, still hoping for the release of their hostage loved ones. Thousands of others tasted the meal's bitter herbs with a fresh wave of grief for the ones who will never return. Across the country, Jews and non-Jews hold their breath, wondering what next year's holiday will look like. More than that, wondering whether the world, a place rocked by hatred, conflict, and chaos, can survive it.

People wondering how long women's basketball can sustain this level of hype don't have to wonder much longer. Not only did Caitlin Clark's pro jersey sell out in a matter of 24 hours, but the WNBA draft where she was taken first overall quadrupled its viewers over 2023. In Washington, D.C., the Mystics, who are used to playing in small venues, are so overwhelmed with demand they've been forced to move the June game against Clark to the 18,000-seat Capital One Arena. The enthusiasm makes it all the more infuriating that - a mile down the road - the president is trying to dismantle the sport they've built.

While June is over a month away, West Potomac High School is offering a variety of Pride events over the next few weeks - including a discussion with Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) Pride, a drag queen brunch, and a spring musical production of Kinky Boots. Beyond the Page Theatre Company sent a mass email to "Theatre Arts Patrons" on April 17, advertising the three upcoming events.

Summit Ministries and RMG Research released data on Monday showcasing "the startling difference between the sentiments of all voters and Gen Z voters specifically, those born between 1997 and 2012," Breitbart reported. These particular results, which involved 1,003 registered voters, highlighted Gen Z's terrorist sympathies with the label, "Landmark poll: Gen Z sides with Hamas."
