Washington, D.C. – FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Esther Joy King for U.S House of Representatives for Illinois’s 17th congressional district.
FRCA PAC issued the following statement:
Since its inception, FRC Action PAC has supported candidates who take a strong stand for faith, family, and freedom. In this critical hour, Americans are looking for bold leaders who are willing to defend these values. We know Esther Joy King to be such a leader. She understands the fundamental importance of protecting the right to life, the central role strong families must play if our country is to thrive, and that religious liberty is the bedrock of a truly prosperous nation.
Her career has been one of service. She served her nation as a JAG Officer in the Army Reserve, and her community in legal practice. These experiences have given her an appreciation for the need to bring accountability to Washington. She served the women and girls of Afghanistan as an aid worker in Kabul and have seen how decisions in Washington can lead to real consequences for vulnerable women and girls overseas. Her career has been marked by service because she has embraced the importance of faith, family, and freedom, these values will serve her well in congress.
FRC Action PAC is confident that she will be a dedicated advocate for our freedoms and strong family values. She is the leader that Illinois needs, and we are pleased to offer our endorsement of her candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives in Illinois’s 17th Congressional District.
