FRC Action PAC Endorses Rep. Trent Franks for Re-Election
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Rep. Trent Franks for re-election to the United States Congress in the 8th Congressional District of the state of Arizona.
FRC Action PAC President, Tony Perkins commented:
“These challenging times call for courageous leadership. From working with Trent Franks on Capitol Hill and evaluating his record as a legislator, we know Trent will continue to be such a leader in the United States Congress.
“Rep. Franks’ record of sponsoring or co-sponsoring legislation to repeal Obamacare, defend religious liberty, prohibit the abortions of pain-capable unborn children, and end taxpayers’ government-mandated partnership with Planned Parenthood make him a candidate who will continue to stand on the front lines against an intrusive government bureaucracy.
“As a consistent FRC Action ‘True Blue’ candidate and co-chair of the House Religious Freedom Caucus, Rep. Franks has proven he will continue to defend the Constitution and our most fundamental American freedoms. Consistently voted the most conservative member of the House of Representatives, Rep. Franks has committed his seven terms of service to the right of conscience, a strong national defense, and a bright future for our children.
“FRC Action PAC is confident that if re-elected, Trent Franks will continue to advocate for limited government and strong family values. We are more than pleased to offer our endorsement, and encourage those who care about the future of our nation and our freedoms to do so as well,” Perkins concluded.
