FRC Action PAC Announces Endorsement of Rep. Don Bacon for Re-Election to U.S. Congress
WASHINGTON, D.C. – FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Rep. Don Bacon for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives in Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District.
FRC Action PAC Executive Vice President, Lt. General (Ret.) William G. Boykin commented:
"Throughout Rep. Bacon’s nearly 30 years of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving his country in defense of the freedoms many have died for. He has carried that same spirit of selfless and sacrificial service to the U.S. Congress where he has represented Nebraskans for nearly two years.
“During his tenure in Congress, he has proven to be a strong defender of faith, family, and freedom. He has co-sponsored critical pro-life legislation, including the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. He has also demonstrated a strong commitment to American families and backed the family-friendly Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed at the end of last year.
“In 2017, Rep. Bacon received a 100% rating on our FRC Action scorecard due to, among other things, his support of conservative values, and his commitment to repeal and replace Obamacare. He has fought tirelessly to prevent an activist social agenda from trumping the constitutional and financial freedoms of America’s working class.
